How does it work.  Find out how easy it is to partner with HORSEMATCH.international

As a BUYER

You are searching for the most suitable horse to compete at any level :

STEP 1 : As a potential buyer you need to register, which is free-of-charge, as we need to know who you are.

STEP 2 : Specify what horse you are looking for. This is a crucial step to succesfully find a good match for you.
What type of horse are you looking for, how do you prefer to ride, what is your purpose, what level do you want to ride, are there specific characteristics which your new horse should certainly have or not have, send us a video when you're riding so we can get a feeling of what we think is suitable to you or send us a video of a horse you particular like so we can see if we have a horse coming close to your ideal showjumper, etc ...
This information needs to be entered at the registration fill in form per horse under "Free Registration" and you will be contacted to provide us all the information we need.

STEP 3 : after verification and evaluation of your requirements, our experts will look up on which horses could match to what you're looking for. For each suitable horse, we will send you a link with all available information so you have all required information gathered together at 1 webpage per horse, nicely structured with all info at a glance. You can only view those horses which were selected for you.

As a SELLER

you have some nice horses, for any level, that you would like to find a new home with the right rider :

STEP 1 : As a seller you need to register, which is free-of-charge, as we need to know who you are.

STEP 2 : provide the horse data. For each horse you want to offer for sale, the proper, complete and correct information needs to be provided to us in a digital format, such as the horses data (pedigree, size, name), pictures of the horse, showvideo, training video, dressage video, medical information, results, specific characteristics, etc ...
This information needs to be entered at the fill-in form per horse, which will be made available after your Registration.

STEP 3 : when HORSEMATCH believes your horse will be suitable to a rider, we will send the horse data webpage to the potential buyer and you as a seller will get notified that we are working on matching your horse to the potential right client.

STEP 4 - Bring the seller & buyer together

We organize the try-out as described below, get the final information to you and close the deal between the seller and the buyer.

Try-outs can be followed LIVE in case you can not be present in person for the test riding.

Our role and added value

HORSEMATCH.international obviously plays a key role, as we provide the best possible service to seller and buyer such as
• verification of the buyer (know your client). We will contact the potential buyer and go more in detail into the requirements, so we have the best understanding of what horse the rider really is looking for.
• verification of the seller, (know your partner).
• verification of the horses. Once a horse is registered, we try to follow these horses more closely on shows in Belgium so we get to know them better.
• get more or extra information as needed : in case any of the participants wants to get more information, we'll make sure you have what you're looking for.
• analyse in detail which horses could really be suitable for what the client is looking for, not just offer what seems to be matching on paper ... based on our knowledge, experience and feeling on the horses.
• we organise the try-outs for the horse(s) that the client really prefers
   - a try-out can be organised with the client or his rider
   - a try-out can be organised with a local rider, appointed by the client
   - a try-out can be organised with one of the HORSEMATCH riders
• The try-out can be followed live by the potential buyer, so that he can see what happens and ask for specific jumps to be taken, just as if he was next to the horse in the training arena.
No need to say that video footage will be made of the try-out and those videos will also be posted on the password protected page of this horse, so the potential buyer can remotely review the try-out.
• we manage the deal-making
• we can organise the practical follow up once a deal is closed
• we'll provide you with practical information when coming over to Belgium on a horse-trial trip
